Signs Recognition Test No. 3

This is the third North Carolina Road Sign Recognition Test. It has twelve questions.

Recognizing some of the most common road signs on North Carolina highways is essential to your driver’s license test in North Carolina.

On the exam, an examiner will ask you to identify twelve road signs by shape, color, and symbols. You must correctly answer at least nine of the sign recognition questions.

It is a good idea to get the latest version of the driver’s handbook from North Carolina Department of Transportation and study the chapter with traffic signs extra carefully.

Many test takers who fail often forget to study the shapes and colors, as well as their meanings.
