New Jersey Practice Questions – 4

Number of questions Passing score
25 80%

While the real New Jersey driver’s license test has 50 questions, this NJ MVC practice test pulls 25 questions from our database.

To get a feel for a test with twice as many questions, take two or more of our sample tests. They will give you an idea of how long it takes to complete the written knowledge exam and what your weaknesses are.

What is the Passing Score in New Jersey?

You need 40 correct answers (80%) on your official permit or driver’s license test. This means you can miss 10 of the 50 questions that NJ MVC will ask.

Many students feel confident they can pass the real test when they get a passing score on a handful of practice tests. Unfortunately, they often fail the real thing. Improve your chances of passing by aiming for a full score every time you take a practice test. You have more sample tests at driversprep.com.

Don’t Forget to Read the Manual

Always read the New Jersey Driver Manual! It has all the information about New Jersey laws, road signs & signals, and safe driving techniques you need to know to pass your test.

You can get your copy online or from an MVC service center.
